It’s the Fourth of July holiday, and as expected, most places were closed. Thankfully, Satto on South Tryon was open, and the service I received—especially from Patrick—was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I pulled up, Patrick immediately greeted me and asked how he could help. I explained that I simply needed a tire plugged and that the tire was in the back of my truck. Patrick told me he would take care of it, and I sat in my truck expecting to wait for a while. Not even 10 minutes later, I heard the hatch of my truck close! I was genuinely shocked because I hadn’t even noticed that Patrick had already grabbed the tire, repaired it, and placed it back in my truck. His speed, efficiency, professionalism, and attention to customer service were extremely impressive. What stood out to me most was Patrick’s work ethic and the way he treated customers. Even while working quickly, he made sure everyone who arrived was immediately acknowledged and assisted. Patrick provided the kind of customer service that is becoming increasingly difficult to find—fast, professional, courteous, and genuinely focused on taking care of the customer. Receiving this level of service is impressiv

Amazing service. Incredibly quick tire patching. I called after being told at another shop that they needed 2 hours. These guys told me 15 minutes! I drove over and sure enough it was done in the blink of an eye. Thank you! I’ll be back for any tire service I need.
